Refunds and Returns

Because our products are digital educational materials that are delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under the ACL, consumers are entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy if a product:

  • has a major fault
  • is not as described
  • is not fit for its intended purpose
  • cannot be used as expected

Digital Products

By purchasing this course, you acknowledge that:

  • Access to the course materials is provided immediately after purchase
  • The product is digital and cannot be returned once accessed
  • Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, lack of time, or failure to complete the course

We encourage you to review the course description and free trial materials carefully before purchasing.

Split Payment Plans (Instalments)

Some products in our store may be offered with the option to pay the course fee in fixed monthly instalments.

These payment plans are not subscriptions.

By selecting a split payment option, you agree to pay the full course price over the scheduled number of payments shown at checkout (for example, 3, 6, or 12 monthly payments).

Once access to the course has been granted:

  • You are committing to complete the minimum number of payments associated with that plan
  • Payments will be automatically charged according to the schedule shown at checkout
  • The payment plan cannot be cancelled early once access has been provided

If a scheduled payment fails:

  • Access to the course may be suspended until payment is successfully completed

Once all scheduled payments have been made:

  • No further payments will be charged
  • You will continue to have full access to the course materials

Payment Disputes

If a payment is reversed, disputed, or declined:

  • Access to the course may be suspended immediately
  • Access may be restored once payment is successfully completed
